Scheduling posts lets you plan your GBP content in advance — helpful for promotions, events, or maintaining a consistent posting cadence without having to be at your desk every time.
How scheduling works
When you schedule a post, Level Feedback stores the post and automatically publishes it to your GBP listing at the time you selected. Your GBP connection must remain active for scheduled posts to go live.
Selecting a publish date
After generating your caption in the post composer, click Schedule instead of Publish Now. A date and time picker will appear. Select your desired publish date and time — posts can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance.
What time posts go live
Scheduled posts publish at the exact time you set, in your account's configured time zone. If you need to change your time zone setting, go to Settings > Account. Posts published outside of business hours still appear immediately on your GBP listing.
Cancelling a scheduled post
Go to the Scheduled tab under Posts. Find the post you want to cancel and click Cancel. The post will be moved to Drafts where you can edit it or delete it entirely. Cancellation is only possible before the scheduled publish time.
