Each sent SMS request counts as 1 unit. Each AI reply generation (including regenerations) counts as 1 unit. Each GBP post published or scheduled counts as 1 unit. Limits reset on your billing date each month.
You'll see a usage warning in your dashboard as you approach the limit. When a cap is reached, that specific feature is paused until the next reset date. You can upgrade at any time to restore access immediately.
Yes. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to Free limits. Your data (reviews, post history, complaints) is preserved — only the usage caps change.
The Founder Rate is an annual subscription at a discounted price — lower than the standard monthly rate. It is available to the first 20 subscribers only. The price is locked for as long as your subscription remains active. It is not a lifetime deal — if you cancel and resubscribe, you resubscribe at the standard rate.
Annual. You are billed once per year. There is no monthly Founder Rate option.
Level Feedback sends SMS messages on your behalf via Twilio. You are responsible for only sending review requests to customers who have given you their phone number in the course of a business transaction. Our default SMS templates include required consent language. See our SMS Terms for full details.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the current period. Annual plans (including Founder Rate) are non-refundable after 14 days. If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we'll make it right.
