Publishing a GBP post through Level Feedback takes about two minutes. Here's the full workflow from topic to published post.
Opening the post composer
Go to the Posts tab and click New Post. The post composer opens with a topic input field, a caption preview, and optional image upload.
Writing a topic or idea
In the topic field, describe what you want to post about in plain language. This can be as simple as "summer sale this weekend — 20% off all services" or "new team member joining us this month." The more specific your topic, the more relevant the generated caption.
Generating a caption
Click Generate Caption. The AI will produce a professional GBP post caption based on your topic in 5–10 seconds. The caption is optimized for GBP's format: concise, clear, and with a natural call to action. Review the draft and edit as needed.
Adding an image
Images are optional but improve post performance. Click Add Image to upload a photo from your device. GBP supports JPEG and PNG images; Level Feedback will resize them automatically if needed. The preview panel shows how the post will look with the image.
Publishing vs. scheduling
Click Publish Now to post immediately to your GBP listing. Click Schedule to choose a future date and time. Scheduled posts appear in the Scheduled tab where you can view, edit, or cancel them before they go live.
