Connecting your Google Business Profile account is the first step to using Level Feedback. The connection uses Google's secure OAuth flow — Level Feedback never sees your Google password.
Before you start
You'll need a Google account that has Owner or Manager access to the GBP listing you want to connect. If you're not sure which role you have, check the GBP dashboard at business.google.com under "Users."
How to connect your account
From the Level Feedback dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect Google Business Profile. You'll be redirected to Google's authorization screen. Select the Google account that has access to your listing, review the permissions, and click Allow. You'll be redirected back to Level Feedback automatically.
What happens after you connect
After connecting, Level Feedback will sync your business listing details, recent reviews, and posting history. The initial sync may take a few minutes if you have a large number of reviews. Once complete, your reviews will appear in the Reviews tab and you'll be ready to generate replies.
Reconnecting or switching accounts
If you need to reconnect (for example, after a password change or permission update), go to Settings > Integrations and click Disconnect, then reconnect using the same flow. To switch to a different Google account, disconnect first, then reconnect with the new account.
