Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. You don't need to wait for your billing cycle to renew.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings > Billing and click Change Plan. You'll see the available plans with their features and pricing. Click Upgrade on the plan you want, confirm the price change, and your account is updated instantly.
What changes immediately
Your usage caps for SMS, AI replies, and GBP posts are updated to the new plan's limits immediately. If you were previously capped out on a feature, it will become available again right away with the new higher limit.
Prorated billing
If you upgrade mid-billing-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period at the new plan's price. Your next full billing cycle will charge the full new plan price. The prorated charge appears on your invoice within 24 hours of upgrading.
Upgrading to the Founder Rate
The Founder Rate is a limited-availability plan with a locked-in discount for early customers. If Founder Rate slots are still available, you'll see it as an option in the plan selector. Once all slots are claimed, this option is no longer available to new customers.
